You should prepare a presentation file and submit it as VOD in advance for uploading on the virtual platform of KoreAnesthesia 2021.

Please, click the Presenter Guideline at below and use the appropriate official presentation template in the guideline according to your presentation type.

Once the presentation file is ready, you can use PowerPoint, Keynote, or other recording software to record your presentation.

The presenters of Abstract Competition and Abstract Presentation should join the designated ZOOM live presentation (to be announced). All presentations will be live-streamed at the virtual platform of KoreAnesthesia 2021.

The change of presenter can be possible until Sep 30(Thu). Please fill in the “Presenter Change Request Form” and send it to abstract@koreanesthesia.org.

An abstract withdrawal request will be accepted only by informed document via e-mail. Please fill in the “Withdrawal Request Form” and send it to abstract@koreanesthesia.org until Sep 30(Thu). Once the withdrawal request is accepted, cancellation of the withdrawal is NOT possible. After Sep 30(Thu), the abstract withdrawal would NOT be possible. The abstract withdrawal can be made ONLY by the abstract submitter.

The FINAL deadline for abstract submission is extended to Aug 11(Wed) 11:59 pm in KST (GMT+9). After the deadline, under no circumstances will an abstract be accepted.

The acceptance of the abstract will be notified by e-mail individually to corresponding authors around mid-August.

All abstracts must be submitted through the ‘Online Submission System’ on the KoreAnesthesia 2021 website. To submit your abstract, log in first and click “Submit abstract now”. You will be able to enter the abstract text on the system.

The organizing committee will review all submitted abstracts and make the final selection of abstracts in the congress program. Abstracts can be selected for live or virtual presentations on the KoreAnesthesia 2021 website. The detailed information about how to make live or virtual presentations will be updated here soon.

Abstract submission does NOT mean you are registered for the congress. Please make sure of your registration after the abstract acceptance is confirmed.

All abstracts including clinical/experimental researches or case reports have the same formats:
    1. Must be written in appropriate English
    2. The maximum length of 3,700 letters (title & body; excluding spaces)

For the clinical/experimental research, the abstract should be structured into the following sections:
    Background / Methods / Results / Conclusion / Reference (optional)

For the case report, the abstract should be structured into the following sections:
    Introduction / Case Report / Conclusion / Reference (optional)
