General information of registration
  • KoreAnesthesia 2021 will be held in a hybrid format. All international participants should register through the online registration system.
    After submitting the registration information and the full payment, the registration will be confirmed as “completed”.
  • Please use the KoreAnesthesia 2020 login account (ID & PW, if you have already.) However, online registration is still required to participate in KoreAnesthesia 2021.
  • If you are participating in KoreAnesthesia 2021 as an abstract presenter, you must complete your registration before the pre-registration deadline, Oct 15(Fri) 11:59:59 pm in KST (GMT+9).

  • Q1When is the registration deadline?
    • We provide Early-bird and Pre-registration for “free”. Please check the detailed dates at the below and save the date for the chance.

      Early-bird Registration: Jul 1(Thu) - Jul 31(Sat) at 11:59:59 pm in KST (GMT+9)

      Pre-registration: Aug 1(Sun) - Oct 15(Fri) 11:59:59 pm in KST (GMT+9)

      2nd Registration: Oct 28(Thu) - Nov 6(Sat) in KST (GMT+9)
  • Q3Can I register for just 1 day?

    • No. KoreAnesthesia 2021 only has the registration for a full day, 3 days. Also non-registrants cannot access the virtual congress website.
      So please register within the registration dates.
  • Q4How can I pay my registration fee?

    • We accept only credit cards and full payment. (Wire transfer and partial payment is not available.)

      All credit card service charges are to be paid by the registrant.

      Authorized companies are VISA, MASTER, JCB and Amex.
  • Q5Are PBLD sessions included in the main program registration fee?

    • No. PBLD session registration fees are not included in the Main Program registration fee.
      If you’d like to attend any PBLD sessions, please add on to the optional program and make a payment.

      PBLD sessions will run through ZOOM (online) and there are limited seats for each of the PBLD sessions.
  • Q7How can I check my registration status?

    • You will receive a confirmation email upon completion of payment immediately or in a few minutes. If you have not received the confirmation email, please check your spam folder first, or contact the secretariat (registration@koreanesthesia.org).

      Based on the payment process, registration status will be updated at the “My page” as follows:

      - Payment needed: payment has not been made yet. (Registration is not finished)

      - Completed: online registration and payment have been completed.

  • Q8Where can I receive a receipt?

    • After the congress, the receipt download button is available at the “My page” – “Registration” tab once you complete your registration payment.
  • Q9Can I change my registration information?

    • If you would like to change any of the registration items or payment options, you must request a full refund for your original payment first. Please fill in the “Cancellation Form” and send it to registration@koreanesthesia.org to request a full refund.

  • Q10What is the cancellation policy?

    • A cancellation request is available until Oct 15(Fri) 11:59:59 pm in KST (GMT+9). From Oct 16(Sat), cancellation is NOT acceptable, and a refund is NOT available.

      - Until Oct 15(Fri), 2021: Refundable

      - From Oct 16(Sat), 2021: Non-refundable

      The cancellation request will be accepted only by informed document via email. Please fill in the “Cancellation Form” and send it to registration@koreanesthesia.org.

      Registration change & cancellation form

      Refund will be made after the conference and all service charges are to be paid by the registrant.
